Made payment via atm and emailed them indicating want to make payment arrangement but got reply 20 days later. After payment made requested what amount is outstanding still no response. Today I received the following sms: Woolies has notified all three registered credit bureaus we use of the non-payment of your Credit Card account. Please urgently call 0861502018.I think they should keep proper records before doing such things and when I telephoned them after receiving sms I waited for about ten minutes until all my airtime ran out
