I reported a problem with them on the 12/09/2013 regarding Pampers nappies which caused a severe rash on our baby. They collected the nappies and reported that on the date the nappies were manufactured, there was a problem at the factory and would send me some vouchers to compensate me for the nappies I had returned. There was nothing they could do about the fault or subsequent rash the nappies caused.
To date (20/11/2013) I have not received any vouchers nor had a manager return my calls/email requesting further assistance.
The last correspondence I received was an email saying that the matter had been escalated to a supervisor and they will revert as soon as they had feedback. That was on the 13/11/2013.
I cannot believe this company can be so blase about the matter. Do their management know how indifferent their customer support people are?
I had used their products for all of our three kids and all I can say is I regret having supported them. I now go out of my way to buy products that are not Procter and Gamble. It may not make a difference in their multi billion dollar organisation, but I'll sure as makes as many people as I can aware of their indifference!
