Nappies Leaking - Loview Nappies / Checkers Brand

I would like to complain about the quality of the Lovies Nappies that I bought at Checkers, time and again the nappies gel leaks out, it is as if the nappy bursts at the side. The quality of the nappies aren't that good. On the pack it states that it provides 12 hour pretection. My baby can only wear the nappy for a little bit before it bursts, sometimes ever if he has not even used the nappy.

I have had this problem if a couple of the packs already and cannot take this any more. This is supposed to be a quality product that I have purchased but how can this be if I experience the same over an over and with different sized as well.

Please could you let me know if I can be reimbursed for these nappies that are cleary fautly.
