Bad customer sevice wrt poor quality nappies

We've purchased 4 packets of Pampers nappies of which nappies in 2 packets was fine and the other 2 packets was somehow very poor quality, majority of them opening on the sides, spilling the gel etc...

We've been corresponding with them since 27 December, supplying the product codes, photos and finally last week they had FedEx collect the nappies (>100). Still the feedback from their customer care is that they will test the nappies and they are not sure if and when the reimbursement department will reimburse us or replace it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I am out of pocket a couple hundred Rand on nappies returned to the supplier and they can't reassure me they will replace it. They are testing on nappies that I paid for, why can't they just replace it regardless and carry on with the testing as they see fit.

I bought the competitors nappies in the mean time, at least their quality is good and last time when we had some nappies missing the strips they sent us reimbursement voucher within 3 days. Go Huggies, good customer care.

Don't buy Pampers, very poor customer care..
