I contact P&G on 8 July regarding an entire pack of Pampers nappies lining damaged and broken. (REF:16598791). I provided them with production codes and was told that they will send it for testing and give me feedback in 21 days time.
I have not received any response from Pampers or any compensation for the pack of nappies. Pampers nappies are a poor quality and even though they reassured me that the gel is not harmful, there is plenty of research that suggests otherwise.
As a result - I am now using the PnP nappy (a little more expensive) but is an outstanding quality. Can someone from Pamper please get back to me!!! I've written on their Facebook page and no response either. My son has now moved onto size 4 and not once had any gel from the PnP nappy made contact with his skin.
Pampers has truly disappointed me and I have told friends and family about my experience and the irresponsible products that P&G produce.
