EDGARS SANDTON - 2MONTHS /NO RESPONSE /SERVICE???

HELD EDGARS account -10 years ; payment ALWAYS made by Diners Club C Card - Never problematic ;Since new card received Nov 2012 - unable to process payments at any EDCON STORE pay point, only at SPEEDPOINTS - Very often these not manned - taking up to an hour to get Payments processed? Checked with Bank -NO PROBLEM with DINERS CC! Enquiry submitted at Sandton City 18 March - Details, ably taken by Khomotsoe, Childrens Wear Manager - returned 9 APRIL - Told that Thembi MASINA had been given details but was not available - would call? Returned 11th APRIL- Not available / NOT IN / WOULD CALL ; returned AGAIN 9 MAY - The said Manager dealing with complaint STILL not in / not available??? To date 21 MAY - NO RESPONSE . NO REPLY / 4 IN STORE Visits!!! - SHOCKING SERVICE - NO SERVICE!!!
