I cannot get stock of Maxi Adult Dog food. Been going on for 3 months whereby I have to drive half way around the country to get dog food. According to Animal Junxion in Ruimsig, this is due to no stock from you. I called your distribution side and was told there is no stock. This is unacceptable! You do this loyalty programme and even once completing a card you dont get your free bag because you dont have stock of the product. Are clients supposed to change brands because you constantly have stock problems? Your customer service is disgusting as you only have one person in that department and no one can assist with a solution.
Totally dissatisfied and think it is time to change brands.
