Your Hellopeter complaint dated 10th May 2013 has reference.
The goodie bag promotion was initially set up to include all new Babyclub members who opted in between 1st January 2013 and 15th May 2013.
The promotion has however been amended to include new members since 1st December 2012.
We wish to advise that there was unfortunately a delay in the issuing of the goodie bag coupons.
All coupons sent to customers via post have already been sent off. We are currently in the process of sending the email coupons to customers who have email addresses listed on their profiles and you should therefore receive yours shortly.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and loyal custom in this regard.
