I joined the Baby Club in January 2013. I then spent more than R175 on my first purchase in order to qualify for the free goodie bag as advertised on the website. I thought i would be be contacted within 3 weeks but I have not heard anything from Clicks yet so I have made a number of calls since then and always get the same feedback, its either delayed or on it way... On it way from where??? Then I receive an email stating its not include formula where the store informed me it includes any baby product including all formulas... then I receive a few more e mails stating it on its way... From Jan this is going on with no joy... why falsly advertise if u cant deliver??? It was suppose to be a service you offered that turned out to be false advertising. I am tired of receiving round about deceiving mail... why cant you pick up the phone and make a final decision???
