BAD MANAGEMENT AND UNEXPLAINED DEDUCTIONS

First I work for the SANDF. Our payroll was the same as always as all the other banks were on time but unfortunately for some reason did our salaries only reflect at 5. I had a stop order in for my salary date which returned unpaid. I then had to pay the fee and because its the deduction for my rent I also have to pay an extra R410 late fees to the company I rent from. ABSA is quick to take your money but seem to take longer and longer to process other transactions on your account.

I would like all the deductions due to your fault to be refunded and a letter explaining that it was your fault I had to pay my rent late.

Second, im tired of asking time off from work just to go and have unexplained deductions returned to me. Every month there seems to be at least two deductions from people or companies that I have never even heard of and it seem absa just doesn't care. i put my money in the bank to have it kept save but if anybody can access it at will then whats the point?

I have been banking with ABSA for over 20 years, you would think that will count for something. If nothing happens I will change banks.
