1st had my credit card debited in March after a false sales pitch
reported the matter to bank and stopped payment
took about a month to get my refund.
Yesterday found they repeated the exercise some 3 months after collecting my data, and just re-charged me again
consultant has refused to stop harrassing me with calls
even went so far as to offer me a free card, just to record the voice saying YES
fortunately i refused, but this has NOT stopped her debiting my account
a terrible product
contacted their head office and promised a refund... now i have to cancell my credit card to prevent any further deductions
CONSUMER COUNCIL Should intervene
still awaiting refund and reversal by bank, but NOW i must pay for a new card
