I went to the shop the first time on the 11 May 2013 to show the people working there that my shoes I bought there 5 months ago is torn completely on the one only. This is clearly a fabric fault and I want to get it refunded or new ones.
After that visit they told me to leave a number to get hold of me when his manager is in the shop that following Monday but it never happened. After that incident I phoned them another time and nothing was resolved. They phoned me on Friday the 17th and then they told me they would get back to me after looking for the transaction.
I have not heard anything yet and never spoke to the manager for further actions.
