Good Day
My Husband and I went to purchase Pilot Verso 120cm Wardrobe R2, 699 @ the Ellerines store on the 11.05.2013. The Manager Sandra did the application and everything was approved. My husband was required to come in again MOnday 13.05.2013 to resign. We waited and waited. Apparently they could not confirm my husband employment. We then however cancelled the deal and decided to buy it cash. On the 17.05.2013 my mother in law went and paid cash for the wardrobe and we had to pay delivery. The cupboard was delivered but the locks dont work. We have been given the run around whole week. We paid the full price and R200 for delivery, meaning that after the run around we spent R2899 at that store and this is the kind of service we recieve in return. At the moment the lady dealing with our purchase of whatever you wana call it is Loretta. I would seriously like some answers on how the matter can be resolved and i feel we need to be compensated for the lack of service at Kuilsirver Ellerines.
