Bad Attittude / Unhelpful to customers

I went into your Nicolway branch for assistance with a damaged hard drive yesterday afternoon. Your staff were generally unfriendly. They told me the technician was not there, but would be there today between 10am and 3pm. I returned today and your staff were again unfriendly, and unhelpful. They told me that your technician was actually not there, because it is his weekend off, and that I must return next weekend. I am very disappointed, because I returned when they told me too and there was noone who could assist me.
