Poor aftercare Service

We purchased a Big Green Genesis in 2011. Since then it was returned 4 times within a 6 month period due to it not functioning properly. After it was returned to us the fourth time, it appeared that it had not been repaired again! It could not even up the popcorn that was on the floor in the Verimark shop. I was told to take it home.
