On 21 May 2013 I paid R4 496.99 (cash) at Ellerines Heilbron branch for a purchase of multi-wardrobe. I have been waiting for the wardrobe to this day. On Saturday 29 June, the warehouse delivered boxes of planks, only to notify me that they are wrong and mismatched.
I am currently sitting with useless set of planks which are only taking up space in my house. I recall a similar incident last time I purchased at Ellerines and told myself it was the last but then I thought they had changed. This time around they proved to be the worse in the world. I can never buy anything again from them.
Please assist me to get sorted out if possible.
