I have just returned from the Ellerines store in Madiba Street in Pretoria were I Opened an account on the 13 March 2013 to purchase a Proline Laptop and a Black berry curve. Acc no: 1002629-1. I was promised delivery will be last week thursday (21 March 2013) I went to the shop again today and the items are still not delivered. I am anoyed with the companies misrepresentations. firstly the package was advertised as R229 a month, upon receipt of the contract I was to pay R433 for 36 months which is twice as much as the advert. Regardless of the price I still decided to take the offer and now I refused to wait any longer and deminded the store to close my account and give me proof of cancellation. The consultant refused to give me any printed proof of this and put me through to their customer care number who refused to speak to me completely. I was told that they dont speak to customers. I am not happy with the service received at the shop and request that Ellerines email me a confirmation of cancellation of the account to Simangele.
