On the 26th of April I received a letter from VVM stating that I owe Homechoice an amount of R5869.31. I then proceeded to phone Transunion to find out if my credit is compromised. I was then informed that an account was opened and i spoke to Melanie from Homechoice who told me that they were going to conduct an investigation regarding my details. I checked my ITC again and still listed. On their system they have the correct ID number however my name is incorrect and the residential address is wrong. Funny enough they send me mails at my residential address and they even tracked down my land line but the delivery was made in Cape Town how is that possible, clearly this is an inside job. I trust that Hello Peter will get to the bottom of this inconspicuous behavior.By the way i did send them an affidavit and they haven't responded
