FRAUDALENT ACCOUNT

I have found out that i have a homechoice account which am not even aware of. This was through an enquiries done at the bank about my credits. When i called, i was informed that i openend the account in November 2012 and that i took the goods amounting to R10 000. But when i check i havent received any of those goods and i dont remember opening an acount with Homechoice. How come that an account is opened against my name without my knowlegde. If possible i want Homechoice to send me the documents i signed for and also the recorded conversation if the account was opened telephonically.
