My account is still not closed after I requested

Last year I paid off my Homechoice account, called them and requested that they close my account. The lady I spoke to agreed to do so.

Months later I'm starting to receive bills in my mailbox from Homechoice stating that I need to pay a certain amount. This is very wrong.

Please check on your system what my last communication was and correct this as I won't be paying the amount on the bill.
