This is a follow up on the dispute i logged with Mantoa at edgars eastgate on the 3 Jan. I logged a query on this side when i didnt get joy from edgars. your customer service person called me on 11 Jan and assured me she will revert back with feedback. almost a week later still nothing, in the mean time i'm getting sms that my account is overdue. someone get onto this and call me to inform me the transactions on my account have been reversed. Is that so hard to ask? the service is very dissapointing
