Shantal said that the delivery section would phone us on the morning we requested delivery and they did.
The guys said they would be there before 1pm, but as early as they could manage and they were.
We were told the new appliance would be unboxed and positioned. It was.
They said they would take away the old unit and they did.
They also took away the packaging materials.
