On 15Oct.2012, i rec. on contract a Samsung S3, on 15Nov.2013, i handed the phone in & on advice from the manager, it was sent for the camera to be repaired & not a swop out. The phone was returned "BER". I rec. a statement dated 1/2/2013, on which i am charged for Blackberry BIS, monthly subscription R249 "other charges-Customer" Inv.#11667916 (which i am yet to rec.) I called & asked about the additional charges, was asked if i wanted the BIS removed & the other charges were for courier charges handling fees for the unrepaired phone. I immediately logged a query, disputing the charges as i had not been properly advised. These are sms i rec. On 13/2 @9h02, Credits req. for ref.#A130213716 will be processed within 24hrs. On 13/2 @11h59, Autopage rec. Ur fax re: Account Queries. On 14/2 @10h09, Pls pay R611.49 to avoid suspension, i called again & explained that i logged a dispute & will be making payment of R249 only until query is resolved & was advised "no problem" On 26/2 @11h03, failed to submit payment. On 27/2 @12h01, pls pay R362.49. On 27/2 @16h51, "Credits req., successfully completed". On 27/2, my service is suspended. On 7/3 @14h52, reminder payment of R309.39 due, pls pay
