I opened my account at truworths probably about 2 years ago, I lost my jobs so i was for a while unable to make payments.
Then I got a job, and I wanted t pay my account at truworths (R 300 i wanted to pay), when trying to make the system refused because there was no alternative telephone number. So i refused to give them another number, and i was unable to make a payment because their system didn't allow me.
Now I see i was blacklisted which is totally unfair, because i was unable to make payments because i lost my jobs, and when i eventually got a job i was unable to make a payment because of their system.
Remove my default listing, and update my account. If this is not done if will have to let the Credit Ombud investigate this matter.
