I have experience a bad service ever in my life! Submitted my cellphone insurance claim with game stores/ finrite beginning of April until today my claim is not finalised! Nobody calls to update me on what's the delay every time I call I have to stand on the line for more than 30min to be told that some1 is gonna call me but that never happens so frustrated nd at these people! On the 10/04/2013 i was once told that my claim was submitted for authorization coz all the required document were obtained I even pay the access fee! knows what's the delay coz I dnt know. and nobody bothers to do so. Can somebody attend to this
