Two years, no service

Two years ago, I purchased a leather couch from Corricraft in Eastgate. About a month later something happened to the foam in the backrest which made the couch very uncomfortable to sit on, it felt as if the foam had somehow flipped over at the bottom of the back support. I phoned the Eastgate branch, and they impressed me with a very quick response time and they picked up the defective couch a day later. I then waited a couple of WEEKS with no feedback, and had to phone them to find out what was going, they said they would have it back to me by the next week, which they did. When they dropped the couch off, it appeared that NOTHING had been done to fix the defective foam. I phoned the store to see what was going on, and I was promised that I would receive a call back the next day to address my query, I received no feedback, I phoned again and received the same response, receiving no feedback. I then phoned, and demanded to get this sorted out, and an assessor was sent out to assess the couch. No one came. This has been going on for two years now, the last assessor was supposed to come last week Thursday 14/05/2013. He pitched late, and hasn't phoned since.
