I lost my phone in March and lodged a claim with FINRITE beggining of April 2013, i submirtted all the relevant documents for the claim and Gugu Gumede advise me to pay the access of R150 of which i did and she told me she sens amy claim for authorization on the 19 April 2013, after that it was quiet, i kept on calling but the answer would b the claim still pending. last week i was advised that my claim delay coz theres an outstanding amount of R149.00. i paid that money same day and today is the 23 May still my claim is not being authorised, nobody calls to update me or let me know whats the delay i only get to know about my claim only when i call them. its really firstrating. They always tells me the claim takes 24hours to ne approved but with mine is a month full and a half now really i cant understand what is going on with these people. unproffesional!
i wish someone could attend to this quickly
