Bad service after accepting the quote

We were looking for an engagement ring. Kameldien we saw the perfect one. We asked how long it would take to make it if we supply our own diamond. The answer was 5-7 days and if it is urgent 2.
We thought cool thats good and it looks like they will give good service. We then asked for a quote and accepted it. We asked if it could be ready on the 7 May 2013 (live in Worcester, cant come every day) after we accepted and paid deposit on the 30th of April.

The answer was we will try our best to do it and let you know. Every time i had to contact to ask how far it is and each time the answer was it is still in process and every time the Manager was unavailable.

After the 7th of May it was still not finished. a Week later on the 13th i still didn't here a word. Phoned again, manager again not available, send him an email and left a message at office. The next day i had to phone again after no respond.

The answer was the ring will be ready tomorrow and they don't know why it is taking so long. Telling them that there service was poor and I'm not satisfied didn't help, no one said they are sorry for the poor service.

I think i paid to much for the service i got!!!
