I bought work shoes on my Edgars account (which I have have for the last 15 years) on the 26 of March. The sole of the left shoe has torn loose completely. I don't have a physical receipt but have bought it on my account which they obviously must have record of the purchase. I've been told that I can't replace the shoe i don't have a receipt, they cant check it on the system and the one lady actually said the shoe looks worn out (after a month and a half).
This just brings me to the conclusion that I will stop buying from Edgards all together and will more than like close my account as well as this is the quality of products that I get from Edgards.
