Horrific service and attitude

I took my ring in for repairs on sunday 11 Aug. I lady by the name of Lerato (i think) assisted my. She was not able to tell me how much it would cost to have a diamond refitted, so i asked her i need a quote first. I was contacted by Cathy on Wednesday 14 to be advised of the price - which was all fine, except for the fact that Lerato did not inform me that it would be compulsory under the circumstances to have the ring replated. I told cathy to go ahead with all the work and that i accept the quote. She told me my ring would be ready for collection on Thursday 15th. I phoned earlier (Friday 16th) and was told the ring is not ready for collection. Cathy then phoned me and had some long story, shifting the blame to the other girl, and with a horrible attitude. I was suppose to be contacted by someone to let me know there has been a problem, and my ring would not be ready - this did not happen, secondly, i think it is horrific, for a ring that's not even a year old, and with a valuation of R18, 000 having diamonds falling out.
