Their service stinks and they have no way of tawking to ppl...
they also employ ppl that dnt know hw to do their jobs properly...
soooooo wid them. they request you call them 1st to find out wat is required wen wanting to claim your cellphone insurance they tell wat is required and u get all the information, but once you go in store they give u a different story... they waste ur lunch time... im very disappointed with their service
pls employ competent ppl, not ppl that dnt know how to do their jobs correctly!!!
