I am disgusted by the service I just got from Dimakatso Tshabalala at African Bank/Furniture City, she was suppose to transfer money from Sub account 1 to Sub account 2, but that was not done properly as the money was transferred to the store (woodmead brnch) instead on my account, when I ask her for reasons why this was not done properly as this was over due as i wanted to settle the account by last week already.. she informed me that I was talking, how do say that to a customer??? I DONE WITH FURNITURE CITY & AFRICAN BANK, I cant wait for all this to be resolved and to path ways with them..
I appreciate the help by Thabile @ Woodmead & Karusha..But such language of being told that u talk is not acceptance..
Can one please advise where can i lodge a compaint about this behavior??
