Charging Interest on Up-to-Date Account

I have requested an up-to-date account from Propell on several occasions. Propell has failed to deliver. I was sent an email at the beginning of April asking me to be patient - due to a technical problem they were not able to send me a statement.

Eventually I receive the long awaited invoice on the 25th April which does not reflect my April payment. In the meantime the May Levies have also been paid, still no invoice reflecting the two payments. Instead I am now confronted with estimated interest on amounts not even due yet, plus on amounts already paid!

This is a chamber of horrors leading to endless frustration. All I want is a monthly statement reflecting my payments. Instead: no statement and an inability to locate payments! The only constant: adding estimated interest which at some point will result in Propell adding legal fees again.

By the way, Propell, thank you for the statement you sent via the Post, dated December, stamped April 2013! I am sure you will still charge me for the international postage on a 5 month old statement. For some reason, you reverted to the post instead of cost free emails... May I ask why you are sending me 5 month old statements via mail??
