NO COMEBACK ON INCORRECT GOODS

We ordered 3 HP toners for our HP Colour Laserjet Printer from Highline Solutions in December 2012 and in good faith believed that the original cartridges had been ordered as nowhere on the invoice did it state that they were generic cartridges. When we needed to insert the cartridges it became apparent that they were generic and immediately the print was affected. We contacted Highline Solutions and explained that the cartridges were affecting the print and that it was of inferior quality. Veroshna called us back and said they had never had a problem previously. I explained that we had ordered HP products and not generic ones and that the quality of print was severely affected. She said she would send a technician to check on this when one was in our area (she really was not interested in our problem in the least). This was on 14/2/13 and to date we have had no technician call on us and now our printer has been damaged by this inferior product. Not only is the colour faded and streaked, we now cannot print any of our letterheads as it is all blurry and smudged. This is extremely poor serive, they are quick to take your money as an EFT has to be done prior to any delivery.
