My Husband I on a whim decided to go bed browsing yesterday (Sunday 05/05/13) after waking up after a bad nights sleep.
We went to all stores, the major bed brands and Beares was the last stop.
We walked in the store and were immediatly assisted by Maud and shown the beds on offer; we made our choice and were directed to Christina the Branch Manageress. We didn't have our bank statement and payslips on us as it wasn't our intention to buy, however thats what we ended up doing, and Christina assured us that we could email the documents through to her to see if we qualify for finance...
After getting home we emailed her the documents and we were informed we got the finance, we are just very impressed with the service we got on a Sunday, as most stores tell you they will be in contact with you the next 'normal working day', and today we dropping off the originals and finalising our purchase.
Thanks Beares - let's hope delivery is just as swift and professional and the sale.
