I purchased a set of cast iron pots at Stuttafords yesterday for my wife's birthday on Wednesday, when I got home last night I realized that I had bought the wrong colour, I got volcano instead of Cherry. Her tea sets are in flame and I got the same colour for the cast iron, not realizing it should be cherry as this is her preferred colour for the pots.
I spoke to Stuttafords and they don't have the pots in Cherry at any of their stores, they have offered to refund me the money, however I got them at 25% off as they were having a sale, which ended yesterday.
So that brings me to my question, is there any way I could take the pots to one of your stores and exchange them for the Cherry ones? The pots I bought were the 29cm Oval Casserole and a 20cm round Casserole.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me, obviously the pots have never been used and are still in their packaging.
