On 29/12/2012 I ordered mens shoes from Zando (Order number : 200673252), New Balance white trainers. It is listed under the MENS SPORT SHOES section of the website. I ordered a size 11.

I received my order on 7/01/2013. They are KIDDIES size 11 sneakers.

I requested a return/refund. As of today 16/01/2013 the courier has not come to collect the sneakers.

THE SAME KIDDIES SHOES ARE STILL LISTED UNDER THE MENS SECTION OF THE WEBSITE!
