My wife and myself are regular customers at the Glenhazel Branch. My wife and I keep an extra stringent standard of kosher which is catered for by this branch and requires special milk. My wife placed her order for 2 cups of cafe Mocha and when it arrived it was with not with the milk that we required. When my wife enquired about this the cashier insisted that this was what we had ordered and that we had to pay for it. My wife explained that we had not ordered this and that we could not drink it. The cashier was not interested and insisted that we pay for it and if we wanted to re-order then we would have to pay for the original and new requests. I explained that I did not have more money on me but the cashier was not interested. Her attitude was we had made a mistake and that was that! There is even the store manager from next door which can testify as to the shocking attitude of the cashier. In fact since we had to pay for our original order and for religious reasons could not drink it, we gave it to the staff in the shop next door! Really dissapointed that this is the treatment that loyal customers receive.
