Got a phone call about well-priced ink cartridges, no contract, just buy and return if not happy. One was bought and item was good, but my local supplier's product is same quality and price. CBS phoned again to get my next order, I declined and they informed that the deal was that I order two cartridges, second one was thus bought, but item was faulty. I returned item at my cost. CBS sent another one in good condition. Later they phone for third purchase, I decline and they say that the deal was that I buy three items.By this time I have replaced my ink printer with a laser printer and I said to them that I am not purchasing another cartridge and I hang up.
Postage arrive at post office, I collect and realise that its another cartridge. I phone CBS and tell them to collect the item as I don't want it. Spoke to Martin who agreed that they shall collect and negative sales is not company policy, but no collection happens, I only get phone calls to pay for the unused cartridge. Then the guy who's name my assistant didn't get, calls and says that he owns the company and wants my number, my assistant declines to give it and he was then very rude to her.
