I am writing to express my disappointment following an experience I had with one of your products. I have always been a loyal supporter of Blue Ribbon bread, choosing it exclusively over other brands such as Albany, Sasko, or even freshly baked options, because I have consistently trusted the quality of your product.

However, this morning I was disheartened to discover a foreign object in a slice of bread from a recently purchased loaf. As part of my daily routine, I prepared toast to enjoy with my morning coffee. Upon taking a bite, I noticed what appeared to be a thin piece of rope embedded in the slice. Initially, I thought it might be unbaked dough, but upon examining it further, I found that it was fibrous and could not be pulled apart easily.

I have attached photos for your reference and investigation.

I hope this matter will be looked into seriously, as it has left me deeply concerned about the quality and safety of a product I’ve trusted for years.
