I bought a vacuum cleaner on 1/04/2013, yesterday i took it back to be exchanged for a new one as it is defective. The staff told me it will be sent away for repairs, now i sit without a vacuum cleaner. Where are our rights as people, according to the consumers act if i feel this product does not meet my expectations then i can return it for another or get my money back within 6 months of purchasing it.. Game has its own peoples policy
