I have bought the above mentioned vacuum cleaner from Game Boksburg at 9:50 Sunday morning 20 October 2013.As we have wooden floors and no animals or children in the house our house is really neat permanently. Also we do have a live-in-house man who runs our household to the "T". So our floors gets vacuumed on Mondays and Fridays. So this vacuum cleaner has been used today for its 7th time when the motor burned out. So tomorrow I am returning above mentioned vacuum. Wanting my R1150 back and then I will replace this product via a other electronic retailer. I am not blaming the brand name (Electrolux) as I recently bought a Electrolux microwave oven and no problems. I do blame Game in general for buying poor quality stuff and let us see how their return-policy is tomorrow as I have lately only heard bad or them and did try not to by from them for more than 2 years now... what a mistake it was to support them again. So people please if you want good quality and reliable after sales service - skip Game. I will keep you up to date as to how this has ended.
