Bad service at Edgars Pretoria central

My husband boutght a pair of Black All Star shoes in December from Edgars Pretoria Central Branch. After trying them on at home he discovered that they fit too tightly and decided to exchange them for a bigget size.

We walked into the same store today (01 February 2014) and explained this to the cashier and elderly lady. I was so shocked at the reponse that we received!!!

The Cashier (who was not wearing a name tag) rudedly and very loudly asked if he ddint know the meaning of 30 days return? she the asked me if I didnt know the stores 30 day policy. I was so shocked and dumb founded at this. She was yelling this for everyone to see and hear.

Fortunately one of her colleagues came and assisted us without any hatles but we were so shocked and angry we decided not to exchange for a bigger size pair and just asked the money to be credited back to his account. I have had bad experiances in this store before but this was by far the worse EVER!!!

I expect a verbal apology and for the said cashier to dealt with accordingly. I'm willing to come and point her out if need be!!!
