Poor customer srvice

On 30/01/14 I went to them to apply and order a Lap top on my existing account. the lady who helped me told me that it will take 24 hours for approval and once approved she will call me so that I can come and to sign and collect, I will not have to wait for them to order since they have it on stock. got a missed call from them on Friday evening and I decided to make my way there on saturday morning only to be told that it was approved but we are waiting for stock, the branch manager promised to give me call to confirm delivery anytime before tuesday which did not happen and I decided to go there on tuesday after 17h30 to collect then I was told we are still waiting delivery from the main warehouse but it will be here not later than thursday and we will call you to collect by thursday 06/02/14. they have not call me since 04/02/14 and I also did not want to waste my petrol & time by checking on them every second day. it seems as if what they have in their brochures (specials) they do not have it at all, because I need it for my daughter she asked me to change and get her the second best but I was told this one is also not available in store we are waiting for stock.
