We placed an order with Global Bags for Pouch Bags. We asked them that it is quite urgent as we are almost out of sock. This order was sent to them on 10/05/2013. Up till now we still have not even got a message back that they received our order or that they are working on it. We used all 3 their e-mail addresses, as well as the online enquiry form on their website. We keep sending the order through with no response. Their client service is really pathetic and we should probably look for another supplier as we are now completely out of stock and have no bags to give our clients. This Global Bag company is losing clients due to bad communication or ignorance from their side.
