On Friday 28 April 2013 my husband and I went to the N1 City branch at 16h30 with the intent to buy a new lounge suite for our TV lounge. We could not get the attention of the sales ladies and approached Abner Mockachans. We told him what we wanted, but made it clear that the lounge suite must be delivered the next day which was a Saturday. We paid for it and left very skeptic about his promise to deliver the next day.
The next morning I phoned him to find out when they will deliver and he told me that he'll find out and phone me back. Within 20 minutes Abner phoned back and informed me that the truck is busy with 3 other deliveries, but my furniture is next in line for delivery. He stayed telephonically in touch, informing me how far the truck driver is with his other deliveries, and approximately when they'll be at my house. Our furniture arrived just before 16h00 in perfect condition. We are very impressed with House & Homes' service and especially with Abner. Honest people are hard to find, but he kept his promise and gave us excellent service. Thanks Abner, keep up the good work!
