I have been receiving statements from homechoice for about 2 years now about goods I never ordered nor received. I was informed that an investigation is being conducted and that is over a year ago already. I fowarded all the documents they reqiured for the investigation but there has not been any correspondence from their side since then. I am sitting with a bill of R8000.00 which reflects negatively on my credict record.
I am not happy at all with the way Homechoice has handled the whole situation and don't what else I can do to resolve this problem immediately.
