On 22.08.2013 at around 11h00 I was contacted telephonically by an agent of Homechoice offering me the special of Novo ipad. After his short presentation I explained to him that currently I won't be in the position to take the offer. The agent started to be rude and wanted to force me to take the offer. His behaviour was bad and he did not show any respect to the customer. Homechoice should do an investigation and ensures that the customers are treated with respect.
