No Customer Service Experience

I purchased an Elegance heater as well as an Aim 30L microwave from the said store on 30 April 2013. I was then advised by Benjamin that the microwave is out of stock but would be interbrached by Friday and that I may return on Friday to collect the item. I asked for a delivery as this was quiet in inconvenience to return to the store and he refused saying that their delivery trucks are outsourced, not good customer service at all. Nonetheless, I returned to the store yesterday evening having sped through traffic to collect my microwave which I was told would've been fetched on the previous Friday. Needless to say upon my arrival yesterday, Benjamin Thamane, without batting an eyelid just tells me that my item has not been fetched. He could careless at the fact that I had not been contacted by the store after making payment a whole week earlier, he did not once apologize for this nor did he even bother taking responsibility. I am totally displeased with this service after driving all the way from Sandton to Maponya Mall in Soweto in peak hour traffic just to be told "the driver had important things to do and could not fetch your goods. You get it today". Not good at all Benjamin.
