SmartBuyGlasses have given me new trust and enjoyment in online ordering after a terrible ordeal with an online handbag company.
Even though my Roberto Cavalli Kurumba sunglasses were out of stock, SmartBuyGlasses kept me up to date on what was happening on a constant basis. When I got a second email from SmartBuyGlasses saying that the order had been delayed again they offered to either refund me completely or change the product or to wait a little while longer and to give me 5% of the total amount of my order back to apologise for the delay- I chose to wait a while longer.
One week later (in total with delays the order took 3 weeks) I now have my sunglasses. I will support and recommend SmartBuyGlasses to absolutely anyone, thank you SO much for such great customer service and a great product with and even greater price!
